[6-Nov-09 5:30-6pm] Mines Help Center Maintenance Downtime

The Mines Help Center Request Forms will be unavailable starting 5:30pm on Fri Nov 6, 2009 for system maintenance. Service is expected to be restored no later than 6pm.

During the maintenance period, the MHC Request Forms will be replaced with a downtime notice. Once services are back online, the normal MHC Request Forms will be available.

(Email replies to previously submitted issues will be queued on the mail servers and will be processed when MHC services are restored.)
