096: How long will my quarantined messages be retained for me to review?

Once you have applied for (http://ccit.mines.edu/Spam-System-Use) and established a Quarantine Inbox (http://cardea.mines.edu), suspected spam messages will begin to be quarantined for you. They will be held in your Quarantine Inbox for no more than 30 days; less if more disk space is needed for newer suspected spam messages. If messages need to be deleted earlier than 30 days to free up disk space, the oldest ones will be deleted first.

CCIT suggest you enable the Quarantine Notification option when you establish your quarantine inbox. It will send you a daily or weekly email notifications so you can quickly review quarantined messages. If you find any false positives, you can whitelist the sender immediately by pressing the Whitelist button next to the message in your quarantine inbox.
