Mines Help Center is a CCIT support service. Choose the kind of MHC help you need:


Helpdesk


Submit an online support request and an IT professional will reply quickly, usually the same business day. The Helpdesk is great for any IT problem and works best for complex technical inquiries, long-term IT projects, and issues that may require support from multiple CCIT teams.


Technology Support Center


Walk into the Technology Support Center (CT156, inside the Computer Commons) for issues that can be handled on the spot like laptop configuration, software installation, or trouble with logging in.


Phone Support


Call TSC phone support directly at (303) 384-2345. If you have a quick-and-simple question or a pressing IT emergency -- like classroom technology that malfunctions during a class -- this is the fastest way to contact us.

Recommended Hardware
