025: Can I forward my Mines email to another email address?
CCIT does not support email forwarding within Exchange Mail (https://exchange.mines.edu). However, student MyMail (http://mymail.mines.edu/) messages may be forwarded to another email account.
To do so, log into MyMail, click the "Settings" link at upper-right, then the "Forwarding and IMAP/POP" tab. Click the "Add a Forwarding Address" button and insert the forwarding address. Also, you may choose to leave a copy of the message in MyMail or delete it from MyMail after forwarding (among other options).
Remember, there are some departments on campus that will only send email to, and respond to email from, legitimate Mines email addresses. You are expected to regularly check your Mines email account (whether it's Exchange Mail or MyMail) for official communications from the school or your department.
