CTLM – Printing Matrix
Notes:

User provided paper will not be loaded into any central printers. We recommend for special paper and transparencies, you contact the
Copy Center in the basement of Guggenheim.

To release prints for the OrePrint printers you will have to access one of the OrePrint stations located next to the printers. Print jobs left
in the queue for more than 24 hours will be automatically deleted.

Print cards are available to load money on to the users account at the library front desk and the CTLM front desk. These are sold in
increments of $1, $5, $10, and $20.

If enough credit is not on the users account they will not be able to print any part of the document.

Printing to GIR or ZIM can be complicated. Instructions for printing PDF and limited PowerPoint files to GIR or ZIM are available at the
front desk. Please work with Front Desk staff well in advance of sending output to the poster printer.

A status of Pause for print queue means that you will have to go up to the Front Desk in order to release your prints. Print jobs left on a
paused queue for more than 1 hour will be deleted.
