Why can't my students find my Blackboard course in the Blackboard Course Catalog?Solution: Check your: Course Category settings: Control Panel > Categorize Course Course Duration Start/End dates: Control Panel > Course Settings > Course Duration Enrollment Option Start/End dates: Control Panel > Course Settings > Enrollment Options If your course was copied/rolled over from a previous semester, any old settings would also be copied.
Symptoms: Course Availabilty is set. Enrolled students can't access your Blackboard course. Your course is not available via the Blackboard Course Catalog. Notes: If your Blackboard course is set as unavailable it will not be listed in the Blackboard Course Catalog. If your Blackboard course is not Categorized it will not be listed in the Blackboard Course Catalog but can be found using the "Course Search" tool on the Courses page.
