Question or Problem: I forgot my Blackboard password; how do I reset my password?

Solution:
Go to the Blackboard Login page (http://blackboard.mines.edu/)

Click on the link titled "Forgot password?".

Provide the requested information.

Your Blackboard username is the same as your Email username.

Fields are case-sensitive. Remember to capitalize the first initial in your first and last names.

You will be sent an email message (to your business email address in your campus records) that will allow you access to your Blackboard account and allow you to set a new Blackboard password.
