If you are having a computer, network, telecom, or computer account problem:

  • Open a request for service at
  • If you are having a problem that is preventing a class in session from proceeding, you can call 303-384-2345 for immediate assistance between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
  • You can come to the CTLM Computer Commons Helpdesk, in CTLM 156, and request assistance.
    • Walk in assistance is primarily intended for undergraduate students; we can also assist graduate students with their personally owned computers.
    • We assist all CSM community members with eKey problems, and can direct them appropriately for other account or identity issues.


We also have limited laptops and projectors for checkout.  To reserve these, send an email to

While all CSM community members are welcome to contact us, unfortunately, there are some services we cannot provide:

  • We cannot repair hardware problems, or replace parts.  See the vendor of your computer for these issues.
  • Student consultants are not allowed to work on faculty or staff computers.  If you are a faculty of staff member requiring assistance, the fastest route to help is via the helpdesk system at A full time support professional will be dispatched to assist you.

Regardless of these necessary restrictions, we are here to help you!  Feel free to come by during our normal hours of:

  • Monday thru Thursday, 07:00 a.m.  -  midnight
  • Friday, 07:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, 09:00 a.m. -  06:00 p.m.
  • Sunday, 09:00 a.m. - midnight

Special hours due to Holidays and semester breaks will be posted in advance.
