"... full-featured Integrated Development Environment (IDE) for the C/C++ programming language. It uses Mingw port of GCC (GNU Compiler Collection) as it's compiler. DevC++ can also be used in combination with Cygwin or any other GCC based compiler."

Scope of License: This software is free.

Obtaining:

  • For personally owned computers and those upon which you hold administrative privilege, download from Bloodshed Software and install.
  • For CSM-owned, CCIT managed machines (that are not in labs) submit a Mines Help Center request for installation.

In case of difficulties running the software in a CSM CCIT managed lab:  Contact CCIT via the Mines Help Center. We want the program to be properly installed, licensed and functioning. If you have questions about the use of the program, please contact your instructor, TA or lab manager.
