[1-Nov-2012] Trailhead/Banner Monthly Maintenance

Trailhead and Banner Systems maintenance schedule: CCIT staff reserves the first Thursday of the month for regular maintenance for Trailhead and the Banner Systems (Self Service, INB, ODS, ePrint, etc.).
Services will be back on-line as soon as possible and is expected to be no later than 7:30pm.
The chart below shows the Thursday dates for which systems will be unavailable.
Dates for maintenance:

| Thurs October 4, 2012 5:30pm |
| September 2012: No maintenance due to Census Day processing. |
| Fri Aug 3, 2012 5am -- COMPLETED |
| July 2012: No maintenance due to year-end closing. |
Dates and times are subject to change, based on needs for access to Trailhead, Self Service and other Banner related services.
